Fire Warden Training
Our fire warden training teaches how to deal with emergency fire situations, leading the safety of your workforce and the appropriate usage of firefighting equipment.
The main responsibility of a fire warden is to ensure that all personnel are able to evacuate a building safely and quickly in the event of a fire.
Fire wardens set out and lead practise evacuation plans to ensure fast escape during emergency situations. As part of our fire warden course, we provide information on how to maximise employee safety with evacuation procedures that are appropriate to your property.
Our training course includes different stages of reacting and preventing emergency fire situations. We provide training on proactive duties a fire warden has, their reactive duties in emergency situations and how to use equipment to tackle a fire if it is safe to do so.
Practical Fire Extinguisher Training
Practical fire extinguisher training is a great solution for all employees, teaching them how to operate fire equipment. We deliver convenient sessions at your premises that are led by our vastly experienced instructors who provide constant support during the program.
By using practical training, it enables staff members to know the exact usage requirements of fire-fighting equipment so they can familiarise themselves with the procedure to operate it. This is a crucial, practical exercise so that your workforce can act swiftly, with appropriate knowledge, during emergency situations.
By the end of the course, you will be able to understand:
The appropriate safety precautions required before the use of firefighting equipment
The requirements needed to correctly service and check firefighting equipment, to ensure efficient use if it is needed in emergency situations
The types of fire extinguishers and their uses, and which extinguishers to apply to different fires
The risk of using firefighting equipment, how to use it and how to fight fires in a safe manner
Use of firefighting equipment, including best practises and techniques that keep everyone safe
